Registration Information
CRPD has many excellent recreation programs, described here online or in our printed Activity Guide. After you've selected a program you can register for it in one of several methods for your convienence:

• On-line - Anywhere you see the Enroll button

• Phone - Use your Visa/Master Card. Have all of the information from the PDF form Here ready. Call us at (916) 362-1841 during normal office hours; weekdays, 8 am to 5 PM

• Fax - Fax us at 362-9602, anytime day or night. Use the PDF form here with your Visa or Master Card number and signature.

• Walk-in -Register during our regular office hours, 8 am to 5 PM, Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Come to the CRPD Office, 2197 Chase Drive, off Coloma Road.

• Mail - Use the PDF form here. Include check, money order, or Visa / Master Card number and signature. If paying by check, make it payable to the Cordova Recreation & Park District

Please note that swim lesson registration is available online from February through May only.
