The Hagan Community Center in Hagan Community Park is situated in a beautiful park setting, surrounded by colorful trees, lively ponds and quaint footbridges. The splendid scenery for this facility adds to the amenities: picnic areas, tennis courts, playgrounds, ball fields and more, which provide an opportunity for athletic recreation.

The Hagan Community Center may be reserved by groups and individuals. This location is ideal for wedding receptions, reunions, dances, private parties and other group activities. Reservations should be scheduled at least one month in advance. Activities serving alcoholic beverages will require paid security which is included with the per hour rate with alcohol. A $200 cleaning and security deposit is required for the rental of all CRPD facilities. If alcohol is being served the cleaning and security fee is $500. Deposit must be received in order to secure date(s). Building deposit will be refunded upon completion of the activity if the facility is returned to its original condition. Refund may take up to six weeks to process if paid by check or cash. Deposits made by credit card will take 2-3 business days to be refunded.


All individuals, groups or organizations renting CRPD facilities will obtain a certificate of liability insurance in the minimum amount of $1,000,000, naming the District as co-insured with an additional insured endorsement. Coverage can be obtained through the district’s insurance carrier for an additional fee.


An additional security deposit is required if alcoholic beverages are served while renting a CRPD facility.
