Hagan Community Park

Park Description

Starting on September 16, the asphalt walkway at Hagan Community Park that connects the Hagan Community Barn parking lot with the American River Parkway trail will be closed for the next several weeks so it can be replaced with a concrete walkway. During this time, some spaces in the Hagan Community Barn parking lot will be closed.

At nearly 80 acres, Hagan Community Park is the largest park within CRPD. It is also located adjacent to the 32-mile American River and the American River Parkway, providing quick access to natural walking and biking trails and eco-friendly commuter routes to downtown Sacramento. This community park boasts dozens of family friendly amenities, recreation opportunities, and large community events.

Parking security gates and restrooms will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Hagan Community Park will remain open during this time.

Parking Information

• $5           Daily Entry at Kiosk: Weekends, May – September
• $20        Season Pass per vehicle

Other fees:

• $10        Daily Entry per vehicle + trailer
• $20        Daily Entry per bus or RV
• $40        Season Pass per vehicle + Trailer

Seniors (60+)/Disabled: Free – email pwickens@cordovarpd.gov to complete pass paperwork.
