CRPD also offers exciting seasonal camps for kids from 5 to 17 years old. Our seasonal school break camps encourage fun and creative play and recreation through projects and hands-on activities while kids are out of school. Summer camps for kids ages 5 to 11 include our popular Camp Cordova Original Day Camp, Camp Cordova’s Imagine That! art and science camp, and Camp Cordova’s Sports Adventure sports camp. And new for 2018, Camp Cordova has added Super Spy and Farm Friends camps. For teens 11-17, we have camps The HYDE Out Teen Summer Camp, back again for six weeks this summer. All CRPD Winter, Spring and Summer camps are offered through CRPD and led by our staff.

CRPD is pleased to partner with community organizations to offer summer camps that are led by engaging subject matter experts. Summer 2018, CRPD partnered with the Sacramento Children’s Museum, Skyhawks Sports, and Turns ‘N Tumbles to develop a series of arts, literature, theater/dance, and sports focused summer camps. Children can nurture a passion or learn a new skill at these creative and fun camps. All CRPD Partner Camps are led by partner organization staff and held at CRPD facilities. Camp Cordova’s Spring Break Camp

It’s time to take a break from school. Put a new SPRING in your step by joining us for a week of fun and games with a variety of hands-on activities. Play for one day or the entire week.

The HYDE Out Teen Spring Break Camp

This spring program is for teens looking to meet new friends, explore life skills, and have fun. This one week session includes outdoor games and sports, crafts, cooking, science experiences, and time to socialize in The HYDE Out.

NEW! Camp Cordova’s Farm Friends Camp

This camp is designed to connect campers to nature with farm-based environmental activities. At camp, they will learn about farm life, the role of farm animals, the concepts of ecology and sustainability, and the contributions that farm animals make to our everyday lives. Campers will feed and care for the Hagan Community Barn farm animals, get creative with arts and crafts, examine animal attributes using scientific means, tend a small garden, and experience farm-to-fork with cooking projects.

The HYDE Out Teen Summer Camp
