CRPD is pleased to partner with community organizations to offer summer camps that are led by engaging subject matter experts. Summer 2018, CRPD partnered with the Sacramento Children’s Museum, Skyhawks, Kuk Sool Won, and Turns ‘N Tumbles to develop a series of arts, literature, theater/dance, and sports focused summer camps. Children can nurture a passion or learn a new skill at these creative and fun camps. All CRPD Specialty Camps are led by partner organization staff and held at CRPD facilities. Specialty Camps are typically offered in the summer only.
CRPD also offers exciting seasonal camps for kids from 5 to 17 years old. Our seasonal school break camps encourage fun and creative play and recreation through projects and hands-on activities while kids are out of school. Summer camps include our popular Camp Cordova Original Day Camp, Camp Cordova’s Imagine That! Art and Science camp, and Camp Cordova’s Sports Adventure Sports Camp. And new for 2018, Camp Cordova has added Super Spy and Farm Friends camps. For teens 11-17, we have the HYDE Out Teen Summer Camp, which typically runs for six weeks over summer. All CRPD Winter, Spring and Summer camps are offered through CRPD and led by our staff. To learn more about these camps, please click here.
Specialty Camps descriptions are below. Check back in Spring of 2019 for summer locations, dates, and program fees.
