Park Description

Located at the Hagan Community Center, The HYDE Out is a comfortable space for area teens to develop skills and discover new talents. The HYDE Out is situated adjacent to the American River and is walking distance from Cordova High School and Mills Middle School. Equipped with a pool and foosball table, multiple gathering areas and numerous activities, the HYDE Out is a safe and constructive place for teens and hang out after school. This uniquely youthful space is available for rent and may be reserved at least one month in advance. *Alcohol is not permitted in The HYDE Out. Availability of equipment is subject to change.

Deposits

A $200 cleaning and security deposit is required for the rental of all CRPD facilities. Deposit must be received in order to secure date(s). Building deposit will be refunded upon completion of the activity if the respective facility is returned to its original condition. Refund may take up to six (6) weeks for processing if paid by check or cash. Deposits made by credit card will take 2-3 business days to be refunded.

Insurance

All individuals, groups or organizations renting CRPD facilities will obtain a certificate of liability insurance in the minimum amount of $1,000,000, naming the district as co-insured with an additional insured endorsement. Coverage can be obtained through the district’s insurance carrier for an additional fee.

Alcohol

Alcohol is not permitted in the HYDE Out.
