Park Description
Situated in a beautiful park setting, White Rock Community Clubhouse is perfect for holding small business meetings, family gatherings or larger weekend events. As one of CRPD’s newer facilities, the clubhouse features central heating and air conditioning, a small serving kitchen and is surrounded by mature trees, lush green grass, a large pavilion picnic area, tennis courts, playgrounds and a children’s splash park.

White Rock Community Clubhouse must be reserved at least one month in advance. Rental does not include access to the Splash Park, but you may rent the splash park for an additional fee. Call for more information. Please note: The splash park has a 90 person capacity and the free entrance is first come, first serve. There are two, height-restricted slides available to ride for $1/person/session.

Deposits
A $200 cleaning and security deposit is required for the rental of all CRPD facilities. Deposit must be received in order to secure date(s). Building deposit will be refunded upon completion of the activity if the respective facility is returned to its original condition. Refund may take up to six (6) weeks for processing if paid by check or cash. Deposits made by credit card will take 2-3 business days to be refunded.
Insurance
All individuals, groups or organizations renting CRPD facilities will obtain a certificate of liability insurance in the minimum amount of $1,000,000, naming the district as co-insured with an additional insured endorsement. Coverage can be obtained through the district’s insurance carrier for an additional fee.
Alcohol
An additional security deposit is required if alcoholic beverages are served while renting a CRPD facility.
