Friends of Cordova, Inc, is an independent 501(c)3 that promotes and supports recreation activities, park and facility improvements, and the cultural well-being of the community within the boundaries of CRPD. Friends is overseen by a board of directors appointed to one year terms. Board members formulate and oversee policies and procedures, provide financial management and oversight of the annual budget, and promote, fund-raise and outreach on behalf of CRPD. Friends of Cordova Parks, Inc. meets monthly at the CRPD District Office.
