Construction has begun!!!

The Williamson Property is located at the corner of Coloma Road and Studarus Drive in Rancho Cordova. 

Timeline & Updates

Fall 2022 – The first phase of the project (west parcel) is underway! On September 29, CRPD held a Groundbreaking Ceremony. Construction is expected to take place through the Winter. A tree planting is scheduled for Saturday April 1st.

Spring 2022 – CRPD executed a grant contract with State Parks.

Winter 2019 – Proposed park master plan was brought before the Board on January 15, 2019 and approved.

2019 – CRPD held multiple outreach meetings with the neighborhood to come up with a park concept plan (see presentation below).

Join us for a Community Open House!

Join us as we explore opportunities for the Grantline 208/Arista Del Sol Community Park. Attendees can review outreach survey results, share comments, ask questions and participate in interactive activities that will help shape the future Community Park.

Hummingbird Park is located within the Montelena Development south of Douglas Road. This nature-themed neighborhood park includes a half basketball court, picnic and play areas, and an oval turf gathering space for recreation.

This park will be located in the Sunridge Village development south of Douglas Road. The future neighborhood park includes: a 2-5 age play area, a 5-12 age play area, picnic areas, and multi-use turf. The play area in the center will have artistic, space-themed equipment and climbing structures.

Gold Rush Park is located in the Rio del Oro Development south of White Rock Road. This neighborhood park is centered around a mining theme and includes multiple picnic areas, a gold rush-themed playground, multi-use turf areas, and drought tolerant plantings.
