Rental Information

Rental policies vary based on the rental classification: facility, park, picnic area, pool or field. The following information applies broadly to all district rentals. Please consult the rental agreement package for specific policies, fees and other important information relevant to your rental.

Permits and Forms

You may need to secure a permit depending on the size and type of event you plan to host. CRPD staff can assist in identifying any necessary permits.


Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits are required for all CRPD facility rentals. Deposit must be received in order to secure date(s). Building deposit will be refunded upon completion of the activity if the respective facility is returned to its original condition. Refund may take up to six (6) weeks for processing if paid by check or cash. Deposits made by credit card will take 2-3 business days to be refunded.

Cleaning & Security Deposit without Alcohol: $200

Cleaning & Security Deposit with Alcohol: $500


Insurance

All individuals, groups or organizations renting CRPD facilities will obtain a certificate of liability insurance in the minimum amount of $1,000,000, naming the District as co-insured with an additional insured endorsement. : If you do not have insurance, it may be purchased through HUB International Insurance Services Inc, an administrator of Special Event Liability Group Insurance Trust, a California domiciled Risk Purchasing group. The purchasing group provides Commercial General Liability and Liquor Liability for Events, Vendors at Events, and Instructors of Park and Recreation and other classes.
